Senior Housing for 62 and older, we also offer disabled housing as well. Here at Defreese Manor Apartments we are an income based community. Through the HUD rental assistance program, qualified residents generally pay approximately 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward rent, subject to program requirements. For households with very limited income, rent may be as low as $25 per month. HUD assistance covers the remaining approved rent amount, helping make quality housing affordable and accessible.

Senior Living
Our spacious 1-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. Each building has its own laundry facilities. We also have planned social activities for residents to enjoy. Utilities included!
